This training focuses on cultivating cultural humility and the practices of culturally responsive afterschool activities and program structures. *This is an engagement and discussion-based workshop where participants will be asked to keep their cameras on for the duration of the training. - Identify the 8 Staff Practices of Culturally Responsive Program Structure and reflect on their connection to your programming.
- Breakdown the 5 Key Components of Culturally Responsive Afterschool Activities and what they mean/look like in practice.
